Nail Bar

i’m a bit at loss for words. I get my eyebrows waxed all the time and I needed to get them done today due to businesses being closed all week. i am a bit in shock. I was literally burnt. This has NEVER happened. it hurts so bad and i have been drenching my face in vasaleine to help with the pain. If you want your eyebrows waxed i would go elsewhere. I am going to go back and ask for refund. I have been crying all day due to the pain. I got them done this morning at 12 and it is 8-9 hours later and it looks just as bad

Downhill. I used to get my mani/pedis here. I haven’t been in a while, but went in for a mani pedi recently. I chose my polish and went to sit in the pedi chair. The water was very cold, and I had to ask multiple times for warm water to be added. I didn’t even have a chance to soak my feet before the technician started working on my toes. My toes were barely touched, not filed at all, and very little scrubbing done. He then started painting my toenails and did a great job of painting all my cuticles and skin but missed half of 3 toenails. He asked me to move to the manicure chair without any cleanup of my toe polish. I pointed out the issues and ended up having to cleanup several toes myself. I told him I wasn’t pleased, and he told me to go ahead and move to the manicure chair. I then decided to cut my losses and leave, but not before they charged me $38 for a horrible pedicure and even worse paint job. Thankfully another local nail salon saved me. They were shocked at how bad my toes

I've used this salon a few times and have been really impressed by the pace and quality of work they usually provide. Today I was serviced by the manager, while he was very nice and polite, I'm not crazy about my nails. I asked for short almond on my natural nail and they dont look even. They aren't awful, but enough that I really notice. If you're making an appointment, I would highly recommend Isaac. He definitely does great work. Service: Dip powder
