I love this salon. The Houston Levee location is my favorite. I don’t like that my phone calls go to a call center instead of directly to the salon. I go monthly for hair, nails, and massage.

Took a photo of the cut that I wanted including specific instructions about how I wanted my hair colored. Cynthia completely ignored what I wanted and gave me the “Rachel” haircut. And gave me bangs WITHOUT ASKING! I can’t even put into words how badly messed up the cut was. As for the color, I said chocolate brown base with warm highlights. This woman mixed chocolate brown with blonde highlights! The manager had the nerve to say there was a communication issue. I brought photos and I was explicit with the color I asked for. I hate my hair and color so much I cry about it. That’s how horrible it is. It will take half a year to fix the mess she made. Do NOT recommend her or this salon. At all. Update: Go to Anna King at Mane Street, she fixed my haircut and color! She was my dad’s stylist and I can’t recommend her enough. She validated my concerns about what a bad job the cut was.
