VSL Nails Spa Collierville- Houston Levee

I went to VSL nails for my birthday. I was greeted upon arrival and seated after I chose what services I wanted. I was very skeptical about trying a new nail salon because I am very picky. My nails look amazing and my feel look amazing as well. For it to be my first experience it was great. Let me not forget to mention that the Place looked spectacular, very clean and organized. Services: Foot massages, Sculpted nails, Nail art, Nail extensions, Polish removal, Nail painting, Nail polish changes, Men's manicures, Acrylic nails, Nail designs, Hand & foot massages, Pedicure, Nail repair, Dip powder, Manicure, Nail cut & filing, Gel manicures, Callus removal

I have never been treated more horribly in my life. I called at 10am on 1-21-23 to schedule a 2pm appt with Menh. Instead of soaking me properly, my feet were placed in plain water for at least 3 min before someone began to file and buff my toes as Menh decided to service a walk-in customer. I inquire why were my services not being rendered properly and was met with my service being taken away PROMPTLY! With no apology or explanation, I left with half soaked nails and no pedicure. The service at Davila’s has astonishingly decreased and good customer service is not a highlight at this establishment. I am currently unable to locate on BBB and unable to file a complaint.

I think I’ve found my new nail salon..Tina did my pedicure and full set..it was the most relaxing experience ever and I’ll definitely be returning..oh and the wine was a plus..
