Lindsey is amazing! Have never been disappointed.

I had an appointment for 4pm with Laura and when I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time she told me she would be right with me. She was highlighting a woman’s hair and gave a haircut to someone else in between. When she was done with that person she went back to highlighting the other persons hair and again said she’d be right with me. I waited another 20 minutes and decided to leave. I told her I was canceling my appointment and she wouldn’t even look at me. As an afterthought she decided to say “I’m sorry about that.” Will not come back again.

Stylist was the only one working on a weekend day and had an attitude with me the moment I walked into the door and while she was cutting my hair. Though I understand staffing issues, I shouldn’t have been treated as a nuisance. I did have an appointment. She rushed my haircut (less than 5 minutes). It was just me in the salon at the time. She made no attempt at talking to me and quickly cut and ran her hands through my hair to get me out of there as fast as possible. I’m not sure if I’ll be back. I’ve been here a few times before with no issues
