My wife, mother-in-law & I all got pedicures and had a great experience. We specifically requested Hank based off other reviews and he was great. We also had Bryon & Sasha that also did a great job. We’ll definitely return in the future!

Only gave 1 star because accomodated a walk in. Went there and asked for a gel mani pedi. Was gardening all wknd so had a little dirt under nails They never soaked,cleaned,or trimmed cuticles. He took previous gel off and right away started filling. I questioned at the point of polish start. I picked a light color and you could see the dirt line under the polish He said no we don't clean. I said I'm paying for a manicure not just a fill. He then stopped talking and kept polishing. At that poin ihad to finish. On checkout I told mngr. He did nothing. Then another tech came up with a file tool grabbed my hand and started to run under my nail. She actually cut a cuticle. I said I wouldn't return. They didn't even discount. I wrote to corporate and got the same customer service. Awful. I had to go home and clean my own nails after spending over 100.

Way overpriced and the guy doing my nails chatted in Spanish the whole time to the woman next to him asking what to do next. Clearly inexperienced and so ridiculous to assume the person across from you doesn't speak Spanish. My nails turned out unacceptable for the amount I paid ($65 for tips & dip -plain, no art!) Don't waste your money.
