Luis burned off 1/3 my hair and the management was not good at their response! I don't know how they got my original review removed but this is an honest review! I lost so much hair because the colourist I had used for 10 years didn't pay attention and 1/3 fell out at the root! Management had a very very poor response to such an atrocity, just because it's high priced and located inside BG doesn't mean you can go in there and trust that your hair will not be damaged by people working there not paying attention.
I am still in shock after receiving the worst haircut and blow dry of my life at The Salon at Bergdorf Goodman. Wow! I can Not believe that such a prestigious establishment with expensive pricing hires people who don't know what they're doing to cut and style your hair.
I went to Herve Merlino who was recommended to me by 3 people. He gave me the most perfect cut ever. I had thin, straight boring hair. Herve made my hair look beautiful—thick and current. I get at least 2 comments a day on my beautiful, thick hair! Who knew???????????? Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
