I’ve been a client at Federico’s since I moved to New York in 2019. When I went in recently, I was surprised at the lack of communication or professionalism. The stylist asked if she could shape my hair a bit, and did a quick dry trim — then added a full cut and style to my bill without saying anything. Frankly I was at a loss on how to handle the situation; extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Services: Hairstyling, Haircut
