Mia Wagner Salon is the finest salon I have ever been to in NYC. I am from Manhattan and have tried many different salons before coming here. Mia is a superb hair cutter and stylist with so much talent, and she is a lovely kind person as well. Gary is the finest hair colorist I have been to. He is extremely skilled and as nice as he is talented. The place is gorgeous and I have always felt safe there even during the height of covid when salons were allowed to open. The staff couldn't be more professional and helpful. I cannot recommend Mia Wagner Salon more. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring

Super disappointing. I went to Madison to have a balayage blend on my roots and ends - specifically asked for no bleach on ends, and no platinum shades as my hair is already damaged. Totally missed the mark. Not only is my hair platinum and damaged further around my face, but it’s spotty with literal bleach spots in several places (photo). 3 weeks later, my hair is dry as straw and shedding like crazy. Also the whole experience was unfortunate, they kept forgetting about the timers and I waited forever to have them wash and dry my hair. They also called me by the wrong name. Don’t waste your money, if you’re looking for a real professional with balayage go to Bianca Cox at hairthrone. Expensive, but never disappoints. Service: Hair highlighting
