My experience with Space Beauty Spa was horrible! I found them on Instagram and asked them if their pedicure services included removing calluses and corn without a grater and Space Beauty Spa replied "yes". I decided to visit on 4/15/2023, the space is nice and clean, the first 2 women I met when I entered the store was very nice and my wait time was less than 10 minutes for a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure did a horrible, horrible job!! I asked her not to make the water hot and instead she made it icy cold, she clipped my toe nail and did not file them so my toe nail edges are uneven and sharp, my calluses and corns are still there and against my better judgement I allowed her to use the grater on my feet and now I'm in pain (my fault). When I ask her to remove the corn I was told that it was something she did not do, I showed her the Instagram communication and was told that the person in charge of the account did not speak English or simply did not read my message before
