Exotic Nails

I actually have a regular store that I always go to but today on Sunday they’re closed so I try to look up another store in the area. I found exotic nails store open ! First.. I read the reviews I kind of scare because a lot of negative reviews how rude they are. I walked pass store like 2 times then I decided to go in. They are so nice especially the lady. I think people thought they are rude but that how Vietnamese people talk lol I’m from Thailand and I have a lot of Vietnamese friends yes they sound like that. I like the customer service here. Oh ! cash only tho because some people try to disputes their credit card many times and that’s not good for their business. I wish they could accept zelle. Services: Dip powder, Manicure

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Number one I'm not a fan of Jimmy,his is very rude and really doesn't care about the clients at all. They get upset when you ask questions, cut you off and have very rude dedemeanors. The women does terrible pedicures, when you ask her to file it, or scrub she actually uses a razor and leaves your foot in worse shape. The toes never last with her, as I gave them all fair shots to redeem their attitudes and nail work. The other Asian man in the front chair to your left, is just as rude as Jimmy.. He has done nail art for me atleast 10 times, and has bumped up the prices to 20 dollars a nail design stating that it was hard. Lies! I asked for something extremely simple to test him and his price was still 20 dollars a nail design. I've went there atleast 16 times, and they are aware of who I am. Once I told them I will be back to get cash and the guy chased me down yelling down the block, asking if I'm going to pay, to which I responded ofcourse. I ran

I definitely recommend this place, ask for Jimmy, both me and my friend got our nails done by Jimmy and he worked really fast and did a great job, our nails looked exactly like the picture we showed him. Definitely coming back!!
