Make sure you specify how much each individual service will be because they will charge you without telling you and bless you in the head for an extra $40-$50 that you didn’t expect to pay. She started filing and cutting my toes before she even put water in the tub which shows me she was inexperienced because your toes are supposed to soak before anything. She only put one layer of pink polish, so you can still see my natural nail in the background. She also made my acrylic too big so it doesn’t match my natural toe which I originally asked for so I still have to file it when I get home . she was rushing a little bit as well. Was not satisfied for the amount she charged .also clipped so much skin off that my toe has been bleeding since I left .

Helen is my nail tech these days (she’s awesome), but I’ve been with jojo as well. Everyone here is amazing with nails and making your acrylics look natural. They also are boss with nail designs. I just show them a pic of what I want and it’s done! They have never said they can’t do something. I’ve also had my nails done by Vi and he does an amazing job too! They have an appointment system online. I’ve never had to wait to be seen. The facilities are clean and I’m in and out in an hour. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here

I asked for umbre nails and this is what i gotten. These people are very rude to black women. Black women don’t come here. I kept saying i didn’t like how my nails came out and they didn’t care just wanted the money
