My daughter and I went in to get our nails done. They wanted just a basic manicure with a gel polish and I wanted an acrylic stiletto with a gel polish. I was a bit concerned when my nails were presented to me as round but thought my child's nails were being taken care of. Come to find out they had put on acrylic nails/ tips and cut them all the way down to a very short nail and charged me for their error. I was shocked to find out what happened and called them. They said if I came back they would refund me 20 dollars., but it was my fault for not telling them what we wanted. We told her multiple times. I told her to keep the money, but we aren't coming back.

Took my daughter to get coffin shaped fake nails. The male employee said no problem. Clearly, he didnt really know what shape 'coffin' is because they were shaped as an oval. We tried to correct him as he was doing her nails but he still did what he wanted. Not only that, but he had gotten nail polish color all over her fingers, the color didnt go all the way up the nail, and there were smudges in the finished nails. Very unsatisfied. Felt obligated to pay the price of nails. No tip. There has to be better nail salons out there.... so go somewhere else.
