Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful! The manager (Cat) is always going above and beyond to give you a more personalized experience. I cannot recommend them enough! I was super skeptical about the services offered, Somethings just seemed too good to be true. During my first float session my life completely changed. I found a feeling of inner peace and calmness that Is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Now I cannot imagine my life without floating. This salon is just amazing!!!! This salon has some high end services along with a staff that is very knowledgeable and friendly, they always are so inviting! I really enjoy the cocoon pod they offered! The celebrity club membership allows me to use multiple service in one visit, which makes for a great relaxing session! I’ll be letting all my friends and family know about how wonderful this salon is!

The customer service here is awful. I've been tanning at totally tan since 2014. I bought a lotion that I was told would be about 75 dollars after tax (I was going to buy another lotion but the representative insisted on this one because it was cheaper). I didn't ask for a receipt, but later saw that I was charged 91 dollars. I disputed the extra amount with my bank. I went in there 3 or 4 more times and was told that was fine to do what I did and that my account was fine. I even had a manager say she would call corporate just to make sure. She left me a voicemail a couple days later saying everything was fine. On the first of the month I went to tan. I was told my account was on hold and I couldn't tan until I paid a 25 dollar dispute fee, plus the extra cost of the lotion. Even though they had no problem charging me my monthly fee of almost 80 dollars. I called customer care and told them what happened and requested the dispute fee be removed, I'd even pay the extra fe
