Never have I experienced someone grab my bangs and cut directly across my forehead. I'll be wearing a hat for the next couple weeks. Service: Haircut
This was my first time at this location, and I went in to get a trim, fix up my layers and get bangs. The lady who helped me ended up giving me short hair, uneven layers and unfinshed bangs. There was a lot of miscommunication between her and I because when I tired to speak up, I was made uncomfortable. I was on the verge of tears before I was able to get some help from the manager. The manager attempted to fix my hair but it didn't help that much. I am now left with a hair cut I am not happy with. I will not be coming here again.
Kim cut my hair about a month ago. I loved my cut! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a fabulous job!! I’ll be going back for sure!!!! Thanks Kim! ????
