I’m writing in about an experience I had a few years back. I was really excited to come in, the salon looked very nice and professional, the landscape was beautiful and the setting is nice. I was coming in for a haircut I really wanted long layers but was also considering something short. But mainly a long layered cut. My hair was longer and heavy. First of all the stylist was 15 minutes late to arrive, at that point I was really ready to just walk out and cancel. However, I really just wanted my appointment to happen so I could feel lighter. After all I took the time to research and find a location I could be comfortable with and had taken the time out of my day to be there. So the stylist came in and had apparently just got back into town from the west coast. She seemed all over the place and not grounded. She proceeded to wash my hair and we talked about hair cuts. I was torn between long and short, mostly wanting long, but layered long. She either started to cut or started to dry,
