Best barbershop in Bay City. I drive from Saginaw to come here because of the top quality cuts that you get here. All barbers are very cool and welcoming. We did a lot of laughing and chatting and I had just met them! Not only a great cut but a great experience as well. I brought my son here too and he loves his haircut, which is rare. I’ve been quite satisfied with the haircuts I’ve received from the barbers so far. However, on the last two occasions when I visited, a female barber was the one who handled my haircut. The first time, she cut my hair too low on the cowlick area, but it wasn’t a major issue, and I still left a reasonable tip. The second time, unfortunately, turned out to be a completely different experience. I was running late on my schedule that day, so I was in a hurry and didn’t pay as much attention as I should have when I sat down in the barber’s chair. The female barber proceeded with the haircut, and when she showed me the result, I was taken aback. To be honest, it was the most terrible haircut I’ve ever received. I couldn’t believe I hadn’t noticed the problems earlier. It’s disheartening because I had really trusted the barber’s expertise based on my previous experiences.
