If I could give 100 stars I would❤️ Pure Medical Spa is truly one of a kind. The kindness of the staff is beyond words. Everyone is so knowledgeable of every service they have to offer. The decor is so beautiful it stands out like no other spa. We are so blessed to have a Big City Vibe in our Bay City. I can not wait for my next appointment Services: HydraFacial, BOTOX treatments

Pure Medical Spa has an outstanding, personable, friendly team and an even better atmosphere. It is apparent that everything has been thought of in great detail from the furniture to the amazing scent noted throughout the entire spa. Bay city is incredibly fortunate to have such an opulent establishment within its district and I hope everyone has the opportunity to experience it. My first time walking through the front doors I felt as if I were transported to Beverly Hills because of how beautiful the decor is. These ladies know how to do it!!!!

My first visit to Pure Medical Spa was wonderful! I have to give the biggest shout out to Denise Zolinski at Pure Medical Spa! I had my very first hydro facial and it was AMAZING!! Denise explained everything that she was doing to my skin in complete detail. She made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. My face looks and feels AMAZING!!
