Excellent haircut. HOWEVER, hair color was not close to what I specifically requested. 2nd attempt with this stylist- shown pictures. No follow up from salon after calling to see if a color correction could be done. Its been years, Shaper’s salon in Saginaw always had exceptional customer service. Jenna cut my hair, she did amazing work! My hair was damaged and in pretty rough shape. Jenna said "no problem!" In no time my frazzled do was transformed into a much shorter, sleeker, more manageable cut with slight layering. My hair is so soft and shiny! I love my new cut! 11/10 recommend to everyone! ????
