I had a great experience with Audrey over the Labor Day Weekend! I’m not a person who wears makeup nor knows how to apply it lol. However I told exactly what I needed and she delivered!! Even took into factor of my skin texture and impurities and made sure the product helped my skin instead of harm it. So shoutout to Audrey at the Beckley location, my makeup was flawless ????!!

Shelby was soooooo helpful!! She helped me get exactly what I needed in the price I was looking for, as soon as I walked in the door! And the store manager there has been so nice and informative with the skincare products I needed and they have worked out so well for me. Definitely come to the Ulta in Battle Creek!! Highly recommend!!

I do not recommend Amanda. I showed her the picture of the style I wanted, but it came out completely different. She even said that the highlight hair can be permed again. It is conceivable that my hair is very dry and frizzy. If She can tell from the beginning that she can't achieve the look I want, then I will definitely not take her serve. I drive 2 hours to get the perfect perm, but the result is that the hair salon near my house can make it came out (when I showed the picture of the hairstyle I wanted to the salon near by my house, which was honestly told me that it’s not possible with their current technology) I even checked with her at least twice during the process. If it will be like the picture I show her when finished, she said after washing hair the curl will be lower and it will be like the picture I show her, how unprofessional, she doesn't even know what a perm is, when you perm hair into certain style, done is done, there is no way to make it into the style I want anymo
