Great Clips

First time customer at any Great Clips. Hair cut was pretty good, but couldn’t get the cut down lower. The people were polite. I was a walk-in; no appointment, but was able to get in to a chair quickly still. Though it costs more than the barber shop I normally use, I appreciate the military discount. I guess to their defense, a hair salon is not the same as a barber shop, so it is possible that I walked in with unfair expectations.

Went there with my boyfriend while we were on a business trip to get his hair trimmed… The young lady doing his hair was nice, but her hair cutting skills were just down right HORRIBLE! He asked for her to cut his mullet a few inches and shave the side, & to trim and thin the back…. I not being a hair stylist had to go over 3 times due to the fact she wasn’t getting it right…. She cut this hair so uneven, the shave on the side was longer than the other side, she didn’t trim behind his ear. No trimming was done. She also didn’t check to make sure his hair was even? Does this place hire licensed cosmologists? Or are they hiring straight off the street. My 3 year old could have cut better than she did. $20 + a tip was disgusting considering the hair cut he received! Some pictures of the horrible hair cut he received! Really embarrassing knowing he had to walk around the next day with uneven hair and a cut that looked like a kid did! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Never again! My hair looked okay in the shop. Got home and combed it. Wow! I can't even put into words how f%&ked up it is. I had to trim it myself. And the more I look at it, the worse it gets. He was very nice but I wouldn't even take my dog there after this cut! He said to come back within 7 days if I don't like it. Do you Really think I'm giving you a second chance to mess up my hair?!? Nope! I'll go pay a real salon to cut it!! You've been warned! I only gave 2 stars because they're all really nice there.
