I was really upset when I left due to the fact that I came in with full full eyebrows and left with my eyebrows almost gone to me. But I have had a chance to calm down and my eyebrows are ok. They are not what I wanted but they are ok. I just wish that when someone that’s new at doing eyebrow threading is working they should inform the customer ahead of time. My first review I wrote was really harsh and that’s why I’m editing it now. I understand people need practice but please inform customers and give them the option if they want that person to do their eyebrows. And if the customer doesn’t mind please have an experienced person working side by side with them to guide them along the way. My husband and I normally tip. I’m a huge believer in tipping people for the work they do if it’s allowed. This time I would not allow him to tip because I felt like this situation could of been handled differently.
