I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I sent my little sister to get her nails done & they were SO BAD!!!!! The owners were rude with very poor service. Seemed to not care that her nails were messed up. She got her nails done by Nina. And they blamed it on her not being able to keep her hands still. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE!!!!!!! The shaping was pathetic and uneven. The French tip was see through. A very poor job!!!!! And very poor customer service. Service: Acrylic nails

I came here to get my birthday nails and all I wanted was a short square chrome French tip. I got the most horrifically shaped sparkly ombré nails you can possibly imagine. As this is my 18th birthday you can only imagine how absolutely irritated and humiliated I am by this AWFUL nail job. Not to mention I was going for a fill and she start picking my nails off with her nails as I’m telling her it hurts. And as you can see in the picture the shapes are going 15 different ways. I have been coming to this nail shop for years and I just experienced the worst customer service ever!!!! My appointment was never put on the books so it's my fault! "If you didn't get a text message, you don't have an appointment..." That is unacceptable! I wish this business would take responsibility for their mistakes!!! But I guess since we keep giving money it's not a problem! I will NEVER spend my money somewhere that shows absolutely no respect for customers!
