First time customer, won't be going back. I have long, straight, fine hair, and just needed a couple inches cut off the end. My hairdresser, I think her name was Mona, tried to put about 7 different products in my hair after washing it, and got through 4 before I could tell her to stop. She then obsessively combed my hair with a fine tooth comb (first all straight back, then all of it to the left, then to the right, then evenly distributed around my head) tangling it constantly. After doing some cutting she then combed all my hair straight up like a troll doll, and yanked on it as she got it tangled again. While whacking me in the face with my own wet hair. She then tried to put another product in my hair before using a hairdryer on such high heat I could smell my hair burning. Even I have a basic hairdryer that does hot and cold, so I asked her to turn down the heat. Finally I told her to stop, paid the $50 it cost, and left.
