Bang Salon

I made an appt here online for a blowout. The appt was confirmed via text and email. The day of my appointment, I was flying to DC and intended to get a blowout shortly after arriving. My flight was a bit delayed so I ended up going straight from the airport - luggage and all - to the salon. I was 5 mins early. Upon arriving, I found out that my appt had been cancelled earlier that day because my stylist did not go to work that day. Apparently, the salon had called me and left a voicemail, although I did not receive either given that I was on a plane. I find it extremely unprofessional that the salon cancelled my appt the same day instead of finding a replacement stylist. I think it is also inefficient and frustrating that they "called and left a voicemail" to cancel when the appt was confirmed via text and email. Had I been texted or emailed, I would have received it on the plane and rearranged my plans. The salon did not offer me much of an apology or any sort of credit. I

Yolanda was so intentional, retested what I asked so I felt heard and more comfortable. She seemed to go out of her way to ensure my experience was most relaxing. Will definitely come to her again Service: Haircut

I have a pixie cut and it can be tricky to find a stylist who is confident with pixie cuts. Oscar knocks it out of the park every time and I get so many compliments on my hair because of his work.
