Oumoul's Hair Braiding

Scheduled an appointment. Showed up for appointment. Was told the gurl who was to do my hair wasn't coming. No call prior to my arrival to inform me. The owner has my cell phone number and we texted the day before! No apology. No nothing!!!

This is my 3rd time coming to this shop..which is great!!! Everyone there are very nice and very kind . Great environment to get your hair braided . I will give this shop five stars this time but I left a little upset. I have an appointment at 1 PM and I got there little early because I knew it was a Saturday and I wanted to make sure I would be on time .The stylist asked me to go get some hair because they were out of the color that I needed which was fine . I was not gone that long, I came right back. My problem is the client she had before me was three hours late which made my appointment starts at 4pm . And the stylist was the only one that could do the style I was getting...I got this style before and the first time I got this this style my appointment was at 7:30 AM and I was finished at 1 PM . I did not leave the shop until 1 AM !!!! I have plans which I cannot make and had to cancel because my hair was not completed . My whole day was wasted and loss because of a client,w

They do really good hair but Oumoul does not respect peoples time. I went here twice and both times I had an appointment. The first time owner didn't tell me until I got there that the person who was supposed to braid my hair didn't come in. I had wait 3hrs and second time I had appointment at 9am. I waited 4hrs and still hadn't been seen. 1pm the owner Oumoul asked if she could cornrow someone else before me , after I have been sitting for 4hrs. The salon is not well organized and she will tell you to come in and will have you sitting for hours. Needless to say I walked out and went somewhere else. Service: Hair extensions
