KV Nails & Spa

MY FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE!!! I was the first person through the door when they opened at 9am on Friday and yet I was the 6th person to be called back. I got a gel Mani and pedi. The lady who did my pedi cut around my toe because it started to sting when I put it back in the water. She was very heavy handed with my feet that I flinched numerous times. She kept trying to tell me to drink my tea.... As if she was my mom telling me to eat my food. I am a grown woman, I will drink it when I want too. I showed her the design, I wanted for my nails and she said she couldn't do it. She asked the lady next to her and she said someone else will have to do it. Once my pedi was done she asked me to sit in the nail drying section. 15 minutes later and I am still sitting there. I asked the man when will I get my manicure and he said 5 more minutes. So a lady starts my manicure. I asked her in the beginning if she wanted to see the design and she snapped at me and said NO not now. She did my manicu

KV took care of me today and I must say I was very pleased with the level of service I received from start to finish. All associates were welcoming and very friendly and KV was very patient and attentive to my needs. As a first time client I was very impressed. Jason finished my nails and did not rush at all. This will be my new salon from here on out.. Thank you KV and Jason for making my first experience a great one. You gained a new client!

First time and definitely will not be my last beautiful place and wonderful service
