Excellent, new to this kind of experience the staff was friendly made me feel comfortable. The place is so clean and nice ???? they have wonderful braider and stylist Faith did a great job, highly recommended and will definitely visit again!!!!!
One of the best salons I have been to. Booking my appointment was easy. The salon is clean; the atmosphere is pleasant. Very talented and friendly staff. I was pleased with the service I received. I will be back in a few weeks for a touch up! Services: Hairstyling, Hair regrowth
Customer service can be improved. I called and asked about a service and I hear a woman in the background say ‘tell her no’ and the woman on the phone responds to me and says ‘ not really’. The professional response would be something like “ We aren’t available at that time, would you like to schedule another date or time” Unfortunately, the lack of customer service skills would lead me not to reschedule. It’s usually an indicator that the salon isn’t up to par.
