My tech did not speak to me. My daughters nail tech did not speak to her except to scold her if she didn’t put her hand in the dryer fast enough. The man on the phone seemed so friendly but when we arrived we felt like we were being talked about. The massage towel was too hot. My right hand was briefly massaged but not my left hand. And I told her how much I liked the massage the second it started. She hardly used any lotion as if she was trying to skimp, and I felt the same way with the use of the products. They were out of my daughters gel color request. My daughters thumbs are missing color and are rough and bumpy. There was only one base cost. I could handle any of this, and the things that I am not expressing, if only the ladies working, there were friendly. I felt like I was intruding on them in someway, and did not feel welcomed. I do like the nail color and my nail tech did a good job with many coats of the gel polish. Service: Gel manicures

Finally I have found my Kate! My nails have been missing her! I am so happy. And the icing on the cake, Vy is here with her too! Who is Vy? Only the hostess with the mostest! The nicest, sweetest and prettiest receptionist you will ever meet. Kate and Vy are the Dynamic Duo in the Nail Salon Profession. They always make me feel like a valued customer and member of the Bliss family. The shop is gorgeous. Everything is neat and clean and smells so good. I have just one word: WOW. I have a usual nail place I’ve gone to for over a year but we recently moved to the area and I’ve been searching for a new regular spot to go. I read the reviews after Bliss came under new management and decided to give it a try and I’m SO happy I did. The receptionist was very helpful, offered a beverage while I waited. Simone did a fantastic job giving me the Christmas look I wanted and dealing with nails that had broken and chipped recently with such gentleness. And she was so sweet and entertaining during the visit. And I’m sure many people can relate to being nervous with trusting your eyebrow waxing with new people but Tony blew me away. You could tell he took his time and he just did a fabulous job. Needless to say, I’ll be coming back!
