Beyond Royalty Beauty Bar

Today was my first time coming into to the shop as a walk in appt. It was beautiful but the service was not good. I came in to get a silk press. Natalie was my stylist, as soon as she sat me in the shampoo chair and I took off my bonnet. The first thing that comes out of her mouth was “ is your hair easy to smooth through” meanwhile she’s white and I’m black. Definitely thought that was a racial slur. Then she barely washed my hair and never comb the condition through my hair but sat me under the dryer and wash it out. My hair looks like a bushy dog. Overall she does not know how to do hair and I won’t ever come back. There is no professionalism in the shop at all.

Where to start? First off, I called and received same day appointment. The owner of the salon was so sweet and accommodating. She took her time to explain everything to ensure I was getting everything I wanted. Don’t sleep! I received one weft mircolink extensions and doesn’t even feel like I have anything in. Got me looking like a snack! ???? Worth every penny.

Can I just say this is the best salon that I've ever been to. Everyone was very friendly as soon as we walked in the door. Crystal did a massage and protein steam on my daughter's hair and let me tell you how relaxed my daughter looked. I was ready to switch places and just get my hair washed. The time that Brittany spent educating my daughter how to take care of her natural hair and how to maintain the clips in that was addee to her hair was a 10/10 for me. I am so happy with the service I'm bringing my youngest daughter and myself back. Thank you for treating my daughter like royalty.
