I booked an appointment at Cynthia K salon with Olivia for a Full Balayage and I cannot explain how happy I am with my hair. Olivia was so kind and she explained the entire process to me. She was so helpful with any questions that I had. When I first arrived, she asked me what I was looking for, and although I had a foilage done before this, my hair was extremely grown out and dark. Olivia was honest with me as to how light my hair would go in terms of results and how I may need another appointment to achieve the lightness in the look I was going for. She was amazing and she was able to still style my hair and achieve everything I could ever ask for. I will definitely be back to see Olivia in the very near future!!

Definitely read before booking an appointment here. I had high hopes and thought I was going to be treating my mother, bridesmaid, and myself to an upscale salon on my wedding day. Attached are pictures of the day. I did not get a picture of the final style Cynthia did for me but just know it was awful! This hair salon is absolute GARBAGE and I would not recommend going there for any hair services. They DO NOT take plastic, only Venmo, cash, or check. The owner of the salon Cynthia or Cindy not only burnt my face with a curling iron (and replied oh it wasn’t that hot) is poor at communication, unprofessional, unorganized, rude, passive aggressive. I do not believe that anyone in that salon is an internationally trained stylist. I had a terrible experience at another salon and had major damage to my hair. Cynthia was so kind and so helpful. I had an amazing deep conditioning treatment with an incredible scalp massage that felt amazing and it made my hair look and feel so much better. Cynthia was so great about giving me suggestions on how to get my hair back into good condition and everyone in the salon was so kind and friendly. So reasonably priced for the quality. I will definitely be back.
