Loud and alcohol. My momma and I went in on a Saturday to get a blow out, could hear employees being loud and inappropriate coming towards end of salon. Nothing was relaxing and enjoy able. Both employees smelled like alcohol. Choose to go back on Sunday and same thing. Employees were loud/inappropriate/unprofessional and smelled like alcohol. Which should be no no. Owner/manager should look into this. Reception women look not happy. Whole not good experience. Thank you.

I went there to do a Balayage but they instead did highlights and that too very poorly done. I can see brass tones all over my hair. Also, I had asked for a brown caramel color and they instead did a blonde on me. It’s the worst experience I’ve had at a salon so far. The person who did my hair was Natalija and they were unfriendly and also the whole process took way longer than it should have. I would recommend staying away from this salon. All in all, a horrible experience.

I highly recommend this salon. I have used it for many years and the service has always been exceptional. I have referred many friends and they feel the exact same. I wanted to write this review now because during covid they have raised the bar even higher and have gone above & beyond, taking care of their customers like family. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done to service customers during this pandemic (& always)!! Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling
