I was visiting Boston and was in dire need of a haircut and our concierge at the Newbury suggested this salon-Mary provided me with a GREAT scissors/over comb cut -I have two cowlicks, so the degree of difficulty was substantial-she is an artist! Service: Haircut

I went there to do a Balayage but they instead did highlights and that too very poorly done. I can see brass tones all over my hair. Also, I had asked for a brown caramel color and they instead did a blonde on me. It’s the worst experience I’ve had at a salon so far. The person who did my hair was Natalija and they were unfriendly and also the whole process took way longer than it should have. I would recommend staying away from this salon. All in all, a horrible experience.
