5-starts for talent, 1- star for customer service I LOVE my stylist here (Lauren) and will continue to go to Paris Parker to see her. However, this is the only location that I've ever had issues with. I've been going to PP for well over twenty years and none of the other locations seem to employ or train their staff to be straight up a-holes. This isn't the first issue I've had at this location, but after several employees there have been snippy & condescending for no apparent reason, I'm starting to think this is a management issue. Today I brought my boys in for a haircut there. They typically go elsewhere but their regular stylist is currently out on leave. They are almost 5 & 7 and very energetic. I brought them in after school so they were bouncing around a bit. I discipline them and make a point to prime them with best behavior tactics before going into a business. Today I was on them correcting every infraction. As I was paying, I asked them to step outside but not leave the sta
