Extremely good vibes from this place. Not only is every person friendly, but the atmosphere is so beautiful. I'd never been to a true hair stylist before and after the experience I had, I can't believe I'd waited so long. They did a great job at creating what I had envisioned into reality, and I will be returning. Very experienced staff as well as very kind, and an amazing place in general. First time. Appointment time was 11am. I arrived at 10:55. Was told, "we just texted. Grace is running 20 min behind". Would have been nice to know earlier. Was not available until 11:30am. Showed several pics for inverted V cut. When finished, I thought it would be OK. Got home and was not happy. Sent text of my cut and pics I showed at very beginning. Told Grace I was not happy and could it be corrected. First - no apology. Said she could correct. This response was about 2:30pm. I responded immediately with some times. It is now Tuesday at 9:23pm and it's been crickets. You had your chance - will not be back. Very poor customer service. Service: Hairstyling

Cait did an amazing job on my hair. Good saturation and the length that I wanted. She was pleasant and I will be seeing her again. I’m not normally a person who likes to look at herself but I can’t wait to catch a glimpse of my hair in the mirror. Thank you so much for my confidence boost Cait. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring
