Cindy saved my hair!!! She is an angel. I never knew my hair could look this beautiful ????

I had an appointment with Grace. She is very nice, but the cut wasn’t even. Didn’t see this until I straightened my hair a few days later. She couldn’t get my hair to go the blonde I wanted as well but I’m more concerned with the hair cut. I had virgin strawberry light hair, should have been able to go blonde. I have a business trip to get training with my new job, my hair is not the way it should be and I called multiple times but haven’t heard back. The first time I called, I was told I’d be called back with some times for someone to fix my hair. I spent a lot of money to get my hair done, left a good tip. I am a busy mom of 4, I never go do things for myself like this. I’m so disappointed and worried about the fact that I have to take a picture when I head out on the 28th, this coming Monday. They had almost a whole week to call me back and work me in to fix my uneven cut, I waited 5 days before writing this review. I hope that someone reached out to me to make this right. Since the

Maddee styled my hair for a formal event, and she was absolutely amazing! Not only did she make my vision happen, she asked me questions along the way to see if there was anything I wanted to alter and to make sure I was satisfied. I will absolutely book with her again!
