Lady Mae Hair and Skin Co.

My usual hair stylist is on maternity leave so I figured I would give this salon a try until my girl returned from leave. I had an appointment with Chelsi Mae and had to cancel due to being sick. She informed me she would have to charge me a cancellation fee. I was unaware of a cancellation fee and told her I would still come in even though I wasn’t feeling good, but she told me no and to find a new stylist. Rude much. Apparently her policy is to charge 50% of the service as the cancellation fee, but she charged my credit card $287 for a service that would have only been $220. I should have only been charged $110, even though I feel I shouldn’t have been charged anything since I told her I would still come in but she refused to see me. She only refunded $175 of that fee after I went to the salon to speak to the owner. This is some shady business they’re running with absolutely terrible customer service. I do not recommend, especially Chelsi Mae Hair.
