I have a charge of $80 on my credit card from this salon and I've never even been there recently. Would have been nice that they called me before charging my card without authorization, I assume if they have my card they also have my number to provide an explanation. Beware of leaving your credit card on file here! Update: they responded that it's a 50% charge for no show, I never even made an appointment nor rescheduled in May, never received text messages in advance either. They have the wrong person and I expect a refund, so my rating stays
Baylie took the time to listen to what I needed carefully. Beautiful haircut and my hair feels so soft. Really amazing cut and a beautiful place highly recommend!
Macenze Anderson was my hair stylist. She did an excellent job getting to know me and what I wanted with my hair.I greatly appreciated the price quote up front- that’s never happened before. I’ll definitely be using her again.
