Need to setup an appointment online before heading in. There were always a queue every time we come here. They were quick to do the haircut and my son loves his new haircut.
I did my booking online and as soon I arrived, Ashley received me and guide me to the seat and in about 20 min or so I was on my way back with a new hair cut.. the store was very clean as usual and the service that Ashley gives is amazing… Thanks and I will be back soon
Serving clients are not a priority. 4 employees working on a Saturday 6 people waiting in the lobby only 2 cutting hair. Manager believes breaks, bank runs and going next door to get her a pop are more important than surging the customers who are waiting. Not the first time.
