Went to this place after a good recommendation. Was really looking forward to face Anna O do my nails since I had looked at her Instagram account and saw she did design. However, during the process I was not given the best customer service when I had asked for her opinion. I figured she was just not having the best day. I'm not sure if she was upset with me because I was being indecisive about what I wanted to do but I didn't waste her time and she was even able to move up her next appointment. I figured she would take that time to really perfect my nails and design, but instead she did not do the best job on my design around the edges and left residue from my soak in on the edges of my nails. The dip only was $47 which I found to be so overpriced given the service I was provided with and the design that wasn't even that great was an additional $15. I got my nails done at Crown Nail Lounge on February 22, 2023. I was able to make a last minute appointment for a acrylic fill with gel & pedicure and was so glad they could fit me in. Initial thoughts walking into the salon: It was very clean and the employees were very professional. They have a wide selection of polish to choose from as well! I started with my pedicure. Ally did a great job on my pedicure. She wasn't afraid to get all the hangnails and I've never had anyone take that much notice! I would definitely go back to her. The total cost for that was $38 + tip. Tammy did my acrylic fill with gel and wasn't super personable but I would give her the benefit of the doubt as everyone has a bad day once in awhile. The shape looked great, but the polish wasn't applied evenly to the whole nail and was only left under the UV light for 20-30 each coat. I have been dying to have chrome nails with a cool effect for years and Teddy did an amazing job. I have never left a nail salon mesmerized by the results.
