Jack is amazing! I appreciate you guys so much that words cannot express. I usually don't say anything if a visit isn't what I expected but this time I decided to call you guys instead of wait and be unhappy with my hair until the next visit. You made my day and made it absolutely right and I had happy tears.
Shannon has been styling my hair for years, and she is the absolute best! She takes time to listen to understand exactly what I want and always gets it just right. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Emma was fantastic. She got me in last minute and knew I was going to be a bit late. She made sure I got the full treatment even though I was fine with a dry cut. (Due to time- my fault) She told me about the $15 treatments, which of course I wanted, as well as silk pillow cases and why I would benefit from one. She took her time and was extremely patience. She also listened to my concerns. I will absolutely be scheduling my next cut with her!
