I really tried to like the place and gave it several opportunities. I've been coming here since they first started. They were fantastic and I never had an issue until a year ago when I had my underarms waxed and the wax temperature was too hot, resulting in shredded skin and burns that I’m still receiving medical attention for. When I went to the doctor they immediately recommended to stop going there. In terms of sanitation, they use the same wax stick for everyone and dip it back into the same wax pot. When I discussed this to the owner, she replied that my skin is probably sensitive which is why it happened though I have been waxing for several years and have never had issues. They have mentioned that if you want a new stick, they can use one, however that defeats the purpose because the same stick has already been dipped back in the wax pot. This salon is absolutely amazing with great service! Alina and Abida both helped me get ready for my sons wedding and went above and beyond on getting me ready! They are super professional and so amazing work!

I'm not sure why you would advertise that you do eyebrows waxing if you clearly don't know how to do it. when they come at you with threads and a razor you know that's a red flag. The final result wasn't even good by the end of it but at least it's quite cheap at $5 or so.
