Great Clips

Utterly awful. Went in with my teenage son and asked them to give him a trim, showed her a photo of his prior haircut which looked good. While he was getting his hair cut I asked one of the other stylists to trim my hair, which was down to my shoulders and looking a bit ragged. I specifically said a trim, to cut off the split ends, and showed her a photo of me from an earlier cut with my hairline at the nape of my neck. Next thing I know she’d chopped off 5-6”, making my hair shorter than my earlobe. The other lady also trimmed my son’s hair much shorter than the picture showed, and when I pointed that out she said it was his fault, that he kept moving as she was cutting so she had to keep trimming to even it out. The gal who cut my hair, when I asked why she’d chopped it so short, insisted that it “looked good” and that she had to trim it so short, that it was as short as in the photo (which it wasn’t). I seriously considered not paying; I did not give any tip, which flummoxed

Our family has been going for over 7 years. Wafa does a great job cutting my son’s long beautiful blond hair just the way I like it. Everyone is super nice and does a wonderful job cutting my husband and my hair too.

Worst salon experience I've ever had. I went in for a cut after a few years and the male stylist was not engaged at all and had a bad attitude while discussing what to do with my hair. He never tried to make conversation and was chomping on his gum loudly in my ear. I was literally in and out of the salon in 10 mins to go home and find uneven pieces of hair. Its understood that we're not getting red carpet ready at Great Clips but we wanna feel good after leaving a hair salon and I got nothing close to that from this location.
