Organic Roots Eco Salon

Awesome salon. I have been to many expensive salons on the North Shore, but this salon is the best. My hair was dry, frizzy and tired looking. I have gotten Keratin, color and a cut from this salon and they have all been sensational. My hair looks soft, shiny and wonderful now. I also feel much better about using all organic products instead of putting a lot of harsh chemicals in my hair which were drying my hair out. I highly recommend this salon and Stefany. I had a great experience at Organic Roots. My regular hairdresser wasn't available so finding this salon was serendipitous. Since I'm outside all the time, my hair was brassy and had grown out. Stephanie skillfully returned my color to normal and gave me a super layered cut. I already booked my next appointment.

Lori and Stephanie both do great work. I've been to both of them for color and highly recommend both. Lori, the salon owner, is very easy going yet also organized and professional. Stephanie is sweet and both of them are just really pleasant and low key. The space has a warm, mellow ambiance and the staff does good work. I started going to Lori's salon years ago in Morton Grove because she uses products that are less toxic for people and the environment. I stayed with her when she opened Organic Roots in Skokie and have been very happy every time.
