Hair Experts Beauty Salon

I've been getting my hair styled by Laura for several years now and am always very happy with her work. She has a great personality - she really listens to her customers and works hard to give you exactly what you want. I honestly cannot understand the one-star review that says the salon smelled bad. Laura, the owner, makes sure the place is kept spotless. It has never smelled of mold in the many many times I've been there. One more thing... I brought my mother, who has advanced dementia, in to get her hair cut and styled by Laura. Laura was just awesome in the way she worked with her and Mom was truly delighted with the results!

I made an appt on 12/4/22 for 12pm on 12/7/22. I received a text asking me to confirm my appt which I replied to and received a return text that said see you soon. I arrived at 11:59. The door was locked and the open sign was off. I thought maybe they were on lunch. At 12:06 I called. As soon as the phone went to voicemail I saw somebody come out of a back room and sit at the desk that was facing the entrance. My daughter and I were standing right outside the door. At 12:10 we made the decision to just leave. Not sure what happened but we will not try to make an appointment here again.

I see Danielle at hair experts and I love her. She does a great job every time. The color is always right on and the cuts looks great. Danielle is awesome. The atmosphere of Hair Experts its self is very chic. The salon is super clean. And the whole staff is super friendly and welcoming.
