Exposed Salon

I had an appointment booked and confirmed on the phone. When I came there was no designated parking lot and when I asked the front desk lady she couldn’t tell me where to park so I wouldn’t get towed. I had to figure that out for myself. After I found my own street parking and came in, she checked me in I waited for 30 minutes. She then came up to me and said that they have to cancel on me because they were busier than expected even though I had a reservation. They tried playing it off as a “scheduling issue” and when I asked why they made me wait for 30 minutes they then fessed up and said the hairstylist forgot he had my appointment. They didn’t even ask me to wait longer they straight up kicked me out because they did not tell the hairstylist about my reservation.

I just had my hair cut here for the first time 5 days ago. Its always nerve racking going to a new place, but I was blown away at the attentiveness of Megan. She listened to what i wanted and even knew what would look good for my face shape. I am so happy with my choice of trying Exposed. she cut about 18 inches off gave me a nice layered haircut. She also gave me additional options of places to donate my hair since the place i was going to was not longer accepting donations at this time. I highly recommend this salon.

Max has cut and colored my wife's hair for years. Then my son, eventually myself. He is fantastic!
