I arrived at 4:05 for a 4:00 consultation and was told that my stylist would not be seeing me. I was not informed about this strict policy while booking and was flatly told, "We expect our clients to be on time." Be aware the whole street is torn up and it may take you longer to park and get to the building than you expect. And if you are even the tiniest bit late, your appointment will be canceled. But maybe don't even come here in the first place because they lack kindness and understanding, especially for new clients.

Jenny made me feel beyond comfortable when I was getting my first Deva cut. After my long time stylest retired I was nervous to find a place who could take good care of my curls. Receptionist was very nice chatting with me to calm my nerves. They take their time no rushing and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend for curly girls! Services: Haircut, Curly hair
