TRACY Nails & Spa - Dekalb

I came back in to get a quick fill, was seated promptly and my service began with the woman drilling down the old acrylic and removing a broken nail. As her and I test TWO nude colors I asked her opinion on the color I chose and this is where things got weird. She snatched my hand back, removed the wet acrylic and said "I can't make the decision for you its your nail" I responded " oh, sorry I just wanted your professional opinion since Im a little uncertain about the color." she proceeds to speak in another language to coworkers nearby and says to me " well if you don't like your nail you wait for someone else" I told her that was fine as I was uncomfortable now. As soon as I said I was uncomfortable, Nick the manager, began to yell at me and say "you don't like your nails no one can help go to another salon." My nails were completely removed and services partially completed and they refused me service because I wanted another color. It was the most bizarre situation, so much so that

Just left an the lady who was doing my nails did them crooked! When I showed her, she laughed an tried to blame me! An she still didn't fix my nails the way she was suppose to. Didn't even get my shape right. If u want your nails perfect.... DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

I’m giving them 2 stars because they do a good job. However, my color has done some crazy fading Every time I’ve gone there. Bright pink turns to plain silver with in a week. I’m getting dip color but then they put acrylic gel on top and I believe that’s why is doing it. So I’m off to somewhere else cause I’m not happy with nails fading. Middle photo is day one, other two are 2 weeks and 1 week - completely fade in a WEEK!
