Terrible service. I had eyelash extensions applied and within less than an hour they started falling off. I went back to the establishment and told the lash technician and she started arguing with me saying it was my fault they were coming off. Due to the quality of the lash application I asked for a refund and for the lashes to be removed. They removed the lashes per my request, however I was only given a 50% refund. The manager refused to give me a full refund because she said that I was responsible for the cost of the product and the labor used to (incorrectly) apply the product.
