The staff here, somehow, are both professional and personable at once, I feel like I have three aunties rooting for me. The consultation was very informative and never felt like a sales pitch, Kendra brings a lot of energy but in an encouraging way. And for the treatment they really know what they are doing. They, encourage caution, ask if you need clarification, ask for clarification if they need to, assess your comfort level, and they have all kinds of tips and experience. For me this treatment is more than just cosmetic I have been so uncomfortable with facial hair these last ten years, it's been slowly driving me crazy. I was looking for hope for relief and I found not only that but acceptance and encouragement too!
