Shear Misfits Studio Hair Salon Tampa

This was my first time at Shear Misfits and I‘ve got to say I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Summer cut and styled my curly hair beautifully. She was such a delight. Very disappointed. They only know how to work with white peoples hair. I called before appointment to ask specifics about my type of hair and was told they were able to work with me. At the time of my appointment (I was there on time). The girl started watching and blow drying an other persons hair. She was very nice and pleasant as an individual but did not know how to work my curly hair. I had to step out of the chair and tell her to stop to take her out of her misery because she looked like she was about to cry. I’m writing this review because on top of not being able to do my hair I still got charge $45. Never again. I feel like I got tricked and robbed.

New to the area and have been he hesitant to try a new salon, but this place did not disappoint! In all my years of getting my hair done, I’ve never had my highlights done so good. Cherry did amazing, was very welcoming and personable. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Service: Hair highlighting
