Rina's Threading Salon

I accidentally made an appointment here because I confused it with the salon named Rubyz Threading Studio. I realized as soon as I arrived that I was at the wrong place, but I decided to honor the appointment. I believe my technician was Rina. She was very nice and wore a mask. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the results because she thinned my eyebrows out and they no longer matched. In her defense, I did not specify that I didn't want them thinned out. I now need to fill with in with Brow Wiz until they grow back and match. Cost was $15 (which is high for less a service that was less than 5 minutes). In response to the owner, this is a REAL review. The names of your businesses are very similar. I had only been to Rubyz once before. I will post a photo of my brows after I wash my makeup off tonight to prove it. Also, your response was very cold/rude!

I was a walk in, they promptly took me. Friendly. But she rushed rushed rushed. Which turned me off. In the car light, I saw a couple hairs she missed. Not the best lighting in there. Threading & lip wax. Not cheap. $23 + gratuity.

I have been coming to Rina for over 5+ years. She always does an amazing job. Not only that, I often get compliments on my eyebrows. I always suggest Rina to my friends! It is best to make an appointment vs walking in because she is busy because she is so good!!! I love coming to see her and getting to chat as well. Mittal does a great job also. I have had Mittal do my eyebrows over the years as well and they always look great. Both are great people to come to for any hair needs! Service: Eyebrow threading
