Only place our teen son and I like and trust to cut our hair. Been going to this place for 21 Pluss years. And the owner is always their. He knows my son and I very well and he knows exactly how he want his hair cut/done. They don't take checks. Everything else they take. Like I said independently owned. Support your small businesses. I'm very disappointed. I came into this salon with 7 different reference pictures! Two of which were of ME with the exact cut I wanted - the other 5 were very similar!! What I ended up with looks NOTHING like any of the pictures referenced or discussed with my stylist. I dont style my hair and unfortunately Im now obligated to - to avoid looking like a clown and walking around with uneven hair and a fro almost. I wore my hair natural to my appointment as l wanted to show how curly my hair can be and how the length in the pictures was needed to weigh down the curls as much as possible. Was just wanting an easy up keep hairstyle and now Im left with a disaster that makes me not want to leave my house. Best part of all is I told my stylist I have professional photos in 3 days for my sons birthday. Just great... Don't go here if you want your wishes and opinions listened to. The owners are the nicest in the world. The salon feels so homey. I have been going here for years and they are so welcoming and do amazing work!
